Welcome...

...to Livable Communities by Don Tierney and thank you for taking the time to visit our web-site. We hope that as you tour this site of our communities, it will become obvious that we want to create places that invite people of all ages to live and interact with each other and nature.

Livable Communities by Don Tierney have been designed around the beautiful, natural amenities in the northern Dane County area to create the atmosphere for interactive neighborhoods. The parks and walking trails invite people to explore the outdoors and get to know their neighbors.

Tour our site to learn more about how Don Tierney creates Livable Communities. See the spectacular view of Lake Mendota and the state capitol from Ashlawn Settlers Park in Southbridge, as well as the New England style covered bridge in the arboretum of Savannah Village.
